Waiver
 

This is a service agreement between you (the client) and Les Entraînements 10X Soccer Performance inc. referred to as 10X Soccer Performance (the service provider).

You agree to all the terms and conditions presented in this document when you sign up for a training subscription.

 

Terms & conditions: 

Fees:

Once the fees have been received, a receipt will be issued by email. The receipt is confirmation of your place on 10X Soccer Performance.

Damages/Injuries/Loss of Possessions:

10X Soccer Performance will not be held responsible for damages, injuries or loss of possessions. We strongly recommend that all valuables be left at home.

Conduct:

Participants must follow the instructions of the coaching staff in charge. Misbehavior or bullying may result in the participant being expelled from the 10X Soccer Performance program and any fees paid will not be refunded. In the interest of safety, participants are not permitted to leave training without the written consent of a parent/guardian. If a child is expelled from the 10X Soccer Performance program their parent/guardian will be contacted.

Parents or guardians undertake not to exert any pressure or negative influence that could harm the development of their child during the training session and may not intervene in a training session except in cases of emergency with the permission of the coaching staff of 10X Soccer Performance.

Photographic or Video Permission:

All participants in the 10X Soccer Performance program may be used in photographic or video material for promotional purposes with the consent by the parent or guardian.  The parental consent form will be provided and it is to be signed by the parent or guardian.

Weather:

10X Soccer Performance cannot be held accountable for weather conditions. We ask that all participants come prepared. In cases where the weather has affected the condition of the playing surface or is deemed so bad that coaching activities have to be suspended, the coaching staff will be available to supervise the players until such a time is deemed safe to resume. Should the conditions show no signs of improving, 10X Soccer Performance will contact the parent or guardian to advise them of the suspension of coaching activities if necessary. It will then be of the parent/guardian to make arrangements to collect their child immediately. The coaching staff will supervise all children until they have been collected. This will be a last resort.

If ever a training session is canceled due to a weather forecast, an email will be sent to the parent or guardian up to  2 hours before the start of the training.

Payments:

We ask that payments be made through the methods advised on the 10X Soccer Performance website. All payment options are clearly stated both on the website and through the email provided on the registration form. Payment should be paid in full or in an agreed installment amount and in advance to 10X Soccer Performance through one of the payment options provided. These are PayPal, Stripe or e-transfer. Once a training program commences, the Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances except with the prior agreement of 10X Soccer Performance.  Where a player decides not to continue onto additional blocks, no money will be refunded. Once a training program commences, refunds cannot be made.

Players on holidays will not be refunded and their subscription will not be paused.

Agreements can be made to carry over sessions into a new block. Agreements are limited to:

1. If a player is unable to participate due to serious injury or illness. A medical certificate may be requested by 10X Soccer Performance coaching staff. These sessions missed, once deemed valid by the 10X Soccer Performance staff will be reduced from the amount owed for the next subscription.
